Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PEJUANG MONET website and cloud live-streaming application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@pejuangmonet.cloud, WhatsApp +62 852-6288-2706.

1. Service Description

PEJUANG MONET provides cloud-based live streaming: upload/import videos, schedule and automate live streams to YouTube and other RTMP destinations, manage playlists, rotations, and stream history. Connecting a YouTube channel requires you to authorize our app via Google OAuth with the scopes described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must provide an accurate email and keep your password confidential.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and meet YouTube's age requirements for live streaming on your channel.
• One account per buyer unless your package allows team seats. Sharing accounts to bypass concurrent-live limits is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including streams started by your schedules.

3. Subscriptions, Packages and Payments

• Packages (Tester, Pemula, Mahir, Expert, Master) define concurrent live tasks, storage quota, max resolution/bitrate, and features. Current limits are shown on the pricing section of our homepage.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of streaming tasks and deletion of stored files after a grace period.
• We may change prices or limits for new billing periods with prior notice on the site/dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use and YouTube Compliance

• You must own or have the rights to stream every video, audio track, thumbnail, title, and description you upload or broadcast, and you must comply with copyright law.
• You must comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube Community Guidelines, including rules on spam, deceptive practices, copyright, and monetization.
• Prohibited: spam/repetitive misleading streams, re-uploading others' content without rights, circumventing YouTube restrictions, streaming unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or using the service to artificially inflate watch hours in violation of YouTube policies.
• We may refuse, stop, or delete any stream or file that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or YouTube policies, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them. Strikes or demonetization imposed by YouTube on your channel are your responsibility.

5. Google / YouTube Connection

• Connecting a channel is optional but required for YouTube features. You may disconnect anytime via Dashboard > Settings > Integration, and/or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Our app only performs YouTube actions you explicitly trigger (connect, start, schedule, stop, delete, update metadata). We never post to your channel without your action.
• YouTube API quota is shared across users of our Google Cloud project. In case of quota exhaustion, scheduled streams may be delayed; we will request quota increases as usage grows.

6. Storage and Fair Use

• Uploaded files count against your package storage quota. Files violating copyright or law may be removed without notice.
• Excessive bandwidth/CPU abuse (e.g. dozens of concurrent FFmpeg tasks beyond your package) may be throttled or suspended to protect other users.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, illegal content, or repeated YouTube policy violations. You may cancel anytime by stopping renewal and requesting account deletion via support@pejuangmonet.cloud. Upon termination, your tokens are deleted and files may be deleted after 14 days.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted streaming. Downtime may occur due to VPS maintenance, FFmpeg errors, network issues, or YouTube outages/quota limits.
• We are not responsible for loss of watch hours, subscribers, monetization, or channel strikes resulting from your content or YouTube enforcement decisions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current billing month.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect feature or legal changes. Material changes will be announced via dashboard/email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
